These are the terms and conditions governing online purchasing from MW Perfumes®. We strongly suggest that you read them carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. By submitting your order you are implicitly agreeing to the terms and conditions of MW Perfumes®.

These terms and conditions were last updated on 2nd November 2021. MW Perfumes reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website www.mwperfumes.com as shown by the date above and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. 

ORDER PROCESSING

MW Perfumes reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. All orders are reserved for individuals who are the “final purchasers”, it being fully understood that goods are not being sold for resale.

All orders are processed, packed and dispatched as quickly as possible during regular working hours Monday to Friday. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. However at certain times of the year due to the high volume of orders received there may be a slight delay in orders processing.

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours from receiving, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Should your order be delayed for any reason, you will be notified by MW Perfumes® as soon as possible.

MW Perfumes accepts payments via PayPal. Should there be a problem with the card details provided, you will be contacted by MW Perfumes via e-mail or telephone immediately.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products offered and their prices are guaranteed while they are displayed on our website.

Errors and modifications can occur in rare cases, particularly in the event of simultaneous orders for the same product by several customers. In the eventuality of a product being no longer available after an order is completed, MW Perfumes® will notify the purchaser with the least possible delay to advise on a purchase of a substitute of a similar product on the website or to annul the sale transaction.  In the latter eventuality (cancellation of sale), MW Perfumes® will reimburse the purchaser no later than thirty (30) days after payment if the purchaser’s bank account has already been debited.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING

MW Perfumes dispatches all orders to the UK address (excluding the Channel Islands) via the Royal Mail Signed For services only. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the complete weight of the total order. Due to the Royal Mail Restricted goods policy, no more than 4 bottles of perfume or perfumed products not exceeding 600 ml in total are allowed per package. Should you order more than 4 bottles of perfume or perfume products or more than 600ml of perfumed products in total and in one transaction, your order will be split into two or more packages to comply with the Royal Mail Restricted goods policy. This is to avoid any delays in delivery of your package(s) or confiscation of your package(s) by the Royal Mail. Shipping and handling fees will be charged for each package separately.

MW Perfumes is not responsible for misdirected packages. Should your package be returned to us, you will be notified and additional shipping fees may be charged to resend the package.

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Should you need your delivery by a special date, please contact MW Perfumes in order to confirm that timely delivery is possible. Please note that delivery transit times are entirely dependent upon the Royal Mail. Unfortunately for select postcodes in specific rural areas, we may offer limited delivery options dependent upon the Royal Mail.

To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your products the Royal Mail will not be able to leave your order “hidden” at a safe place at your address as a signature is required upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

MW Perfumes only delivers orders to the UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).

DAMAGES AND RETURNS

A/ Unwanted goods

It is strongly recommended that you read the list of allergens and ingredients for each product intended to purchase to avoid and prevent any potential allergic or adverse reactions to any of the products.

You can rest assured that all MW Perfumes products have been assessed and met the requirements of Cosmetic Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 and have been issued CPSR certificates.

If you are unfamiliar with MW Perfumes products we strongly recommend that you first order a sample (1.5ml) size before purchasing a full-size product. MW Perfumes does not accept returns on any products where the protective seal has been broken due to hygiene reasons and health protection.

We also recommend that you use our sample service to avoid purchasing a full-size product you may not like. Refunds will not be made if you dislike a perfume.

In the case of returning products in their original and sealed packaging back to MW Perfumes, you must first notify MW Perfumes about your reasons for returning the products, and this must be done no later than seven (7) days after receiving the products.

It is your responsibility to fully cover the costs of returning the products.  It is recommended that you send the products back using insured shipments with signature on delivery. MW Perfumes cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages of returned products. Products that you intend to send back in their original and sealed packaging must be returned to MW Perfumes no later than seven (7) days after notifying MW Perfumes about returning the products.

All time periods quoted by MW Perfumes for cancellation notifications and returning of products are final and will only be extended to the next working day if they end on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

MW Perfumes will reimburse the purchaser’s bank account no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the products back.

If you fail to comply with the time periods quoted your right to return any unwanted products and receive reimbursement of any payments will be lost.

B/ Damaged goods

All damages due to shipment must be reported via our contact page within seven (7) days of delivery. Photographs of the damage and/or detailed descriptions of the damage may be requested by MW Perfumes.

Replacements will be sent as soon as possible for products damaged or lost in shipment.

C/ Goods received in error

We are extremely careful about all our orders but occasionally mistakes can happen. Should you happen to receive products in error, please immediately report the mistake to MW Perfumes.

Please seal the incorrect product in the original shipping packaging. We will immediately send you a pre-paid UK Royal Mail envelope to post the products back to us.

The correct product will be immediately shipped to you at no extra shipping cost.

Product returns

Unwanted goods, damaged goods or goods received in error must be unused and in their original condition (unopened and with packaging intact). Please contact us for the address where to send the items to.

Important information regarding postal returns: Royal Mail has labelling rules when posting perfume and perfumed products and these must be followed. All returns must have the correct labelling on the outer packaging (label ID 8000, available from most post office counters). Failure to do so may result in your return item being confiscated by Royal Mail whereupon MW Perfumes will accept no responsibility for your loss.

CANCELLATIONS

The brand MW Perfumes®, the brand represented by the monograms “MW”, the brand logo represented as “MW”, as well as the name of the domain “www.mwperfumes.com” are the exclusive property of MW Perfumes®, it being fully understood they their use is strictly forbidden.
