SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic shipping and handling

MW Perfumes dispatches all orders to the UK address (excluding the Channel Islands) via the Royal Mail Signed For services only. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the complete weight of the total order. Due to the Royal Mail Restricted goods policy, no more than 4 bottles of perfume or perfumed products not exceeding 600 ml in total are allowed per package. Should you order more than 4 bottles of perfume or perfume products or more than 600ml of perfumed products in total and in one transaction, your order will be split into two or more packages to comply with the Royal Mail Restricted goods policy. This is to avoid any delays in delivery of your package(s) or confiscation of your package(s) by the Royal Mail. Shipping and handling fees will be charged for each package separately.

MW Perfumes is not responsible for misdirected packages. Should your package be returned to us, you will be notified and additional shipping fees may be charged to resend the package.

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours from receiving your order. Should you need your delivery by a special date, please contact MW Perfumes in order to confirm that timely delivery is possible. Please note that delivery transit times are entirely dependent upon the Royal Mail. Unfortunately for select postcodes in specific rural areas, we may offer limited delivery options dependent upon the Royal Mail.

To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your products the Royal Mail will not be able to leave your order “hidden” at a safe place at your address as a signature is required upon delivery.
